The state of digital accessibility
This mobile application is non-compliant with the annex to the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public bodies due to non-compliance and exemptions listed below.

Non-compliance with the annex
- the application display is limited to portrait orientation only;
- the application does not support external keyboards;
- not all information is available to users using assistive devices (screen readers) – e.g. some close or cancel buttons on dialogue boxes and web windows that open in the application;
- the device's virtual keyboard may not be set to input type by default;
- the reading order may not be fully understandable for the list of liability amounts on the main application page;
- the methods of navigation are not consistent between the main part of the application and the web windows that open in the application;
- navigation using focus is not always consistent across web windows opened in the application;
- the user is not always informed that clicking on a link will open a new window in web windows opened in the application;
- the hierarchy of headings may not be respected in web windows opened in the application;
- sometimes the service does not provide appropriate prompts for form fields in web windows opened in the application;
- validation in the service does not work uniformly across web windows opened in the application;
- inaccessible PDF documents are generated in the application.

We prepared the statement based on a self-assessment according to an analysis of the WCAG criteria. The results of the self-assessment are presented in the Self-Assessment Report (XLSX, 24 KB)

Plans to eliminate digital accessibility errors
We plan to update the mobile application in 2025. In future updates, we intend to eliminate most of the digital accessibility errors mentioned above.

You can report all digital accessibility issues with this mobile application to the to the Customer Relations Department in the Remote Services Support and Development Division — by email dostepnosc.uslug@mf.gov.pl or by phone +48 (22) 694 55 55.
Everyone has the right to request the digital accessibility of this mobile application or its elements.
When making such a request, please provide:
- your name,
- your contact information (e.g. phone number, email),
- version number of the mobile application and the exact location of the digital accessibility problem,
- a description of the problem and how you would like it to be resolved.
We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, no later than within 7 days of receiving it.
If this timeframe is too short for us, we will inform you. In this information, we will provide a new date by which we will correct the reported errors or provide the information in an alternative way. This new date will not be longer than 2 months.
If we are unable to ensure the digital accessibility of the mobile application or content indicated in your request, we will propose an alternative way to access it.
Handling requests and complaints related to accessibility
If we refuse to ensure the digital accessibility you requested in response to your request, and you do not agree with this refusal, you have the right to file a complaint..
You also have the right to file a complaint if you disagree with the alternative access method we proposed in response to your request for digital accessibility.
