In order to verify the correctness of the adjustment of the cooperative compliance programme implemented in Poland to the Polish legal system and socio-economic conditions, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation of the pilot of the Cooperative Compliance Programme.
The evaluation should provide a reliable and critical assessment of the impact of the Programme during the pilot period by evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of the objectives and the benefits of the Programme.
The Ministry of Finance has applied to the European Commission for support under the Technical Support Instrument for the project “Development of the cooperative compliance programme implemented in Poland”. The aim of the project is to conduct a professional evaluation of the Cooperative Compliance Programme pilot.
The application was approved in June 2021.
