Step 2 Submitting an application to conclude a cooperation agreement

  1. Submission of the application

    Participation in the Programme is voluntary and initiated by the interested entity. The willingness to participate should be expressed by the taxpayer in writing.

  2. Application to conclude a cooperation agreement

    The taxpayer may submit an application to conclude a cooperation agreement using the form below or in another written form. The application must indicate which tax titles will be covered by the cooperation (Art. 20s sec. 1 of the Tax Ordinance Act).

  3. When submitting the application, the taxpayer may provide documents that will enable the NRA to perform a preliminary assessment of the ITCF maturity, including:

    • the ITCF maturity assessment carried out using the ITCF maturity assessment model along with its justification,
    • the tax strategy,
    • the accounting policy,
    • the structure of the capital group,
    • the organisational chart of the entity,
    • a summary of processes and procedures (policies, instructions, etc.) within the scope of the tax function,
    • a description of the ERP system and its individual modules, as well as other systems related to the tax function,
    • a summary of processes related to the tax function that are automated within IT systems.
